Mike's Story
One of Mike's greatest passions is to help others find THEIR passion in life. After years of studying this process and encouraging people, he has decided to write a book on the subject entitled, "Discover Your Career Passion With 3 Keys."
From an early age, Mike was gifted with a talent to "jack people up!" Whether it was playing "Army," sled riding, or a pick up game of baseball, Mike was the ring leader. When barking out the signals as a football quarterback or positioning the the team from behind the plate as a catcher in baseball, Mike always enjoyed leading and encouraging.
This gift has continued through his life in many areas. Mike has compiled 30 years of career experience in different areas of communication including radio, television, song recording, the performing arts, writing and publishing, public speaking, sales and sales training, consulting, and coaching.
With many years invested in the nonprofit world, Mike has developed his expertise in the area of fundraising and team building. Numerous non profit organizations have benefited from Mike's unselfish desire to encourage and promote their mission over the years. Most notably,
tens of thousands of underprivileged youth benefited from his nationally recognized Love Crusade program which grew out of the radio network which he founded in Iowa. To this day, large organizations still use his outreach template.
Today, Mike continues to enjoy using his talent to improve his client's position. By infusing the necessary inspiration into the goals and objectives of an individual or organization, true "Vocation Motivation"
is accomplished.
